Well our week started out on Sunday getting ready to go to Church, planning for a blessed time. Chris has been having a messed up stomach for about 3.5 weeks and then a horrible pain hit. Trying to get him to the car to go to the hospital, he hit the floor and could not get up. A little freaked out by all that was happening and knowing he needed to get to the hospital. Not sure if the pain was a result of his stomach being messed up or if something else was going on. I called 911.

We played early this week.....
Last night we won 43-20 meaning we advance to the next round in the playoffs. We did have some injuries but that game was great.
Dustin, my son, who plays starting Center hurt his ankle in the 2nd quarter, another key player has a mild shoulder separation, and a defensive player might have tore his ACL in his knee.
The coaches and trainer are taking them all to the doctor today.
Please pray for them all to be minor injuries.
We had a line of fans welcoming the team back to town last night. They were escorted back in by the firetrucks and police. Lights and sirens. AND a firework show...... It was really cool.
I will get some pictures posted this weekend from the game.

Thank you for all your prayers. Lane is well and my meeting went well. It was such an encouragement for me and another confirmation from God. This women is so sweet and a women who loves Jesus so much. She is a mighty servant also.
We visited for about an hour and it went as well as Lane would let it go. He wanted to be center of attention but all was well. She really adored him.

Today I had a lunch meeting scheduled with our area association women's ministry leader. It was going to be a great meeting. I had called her a while back to discuss my post abortive ministry with her and she wanted to meet in person to talk. She had a ribbon cutting this morning and needed to come to my town to go to the Area Office.
At 4:30 am I woke up to my 5 year old Lane puking in the doorway of my bedroom. And he continued to do so every 15 mins. til about 8:15 this morning.
I was praying for healing over him and that the devil would not get his way and me miss my meeting.
Well it is now 10 am and he has kept down his breakfast and is feeling better.
I called Virginia and she suggested the we wait and see how he feels. She is going to call me on her way to town and if he hasn't been sick anymore this morning we are just going to meet at the park. She has some information for me and I have some to give to her also.
Please pray for this meeting to go well and that the devil will not succeed at stopping it.

I was one of five lucky winners of the Surrendering the Secret leaders kit from Pat Layton. It is in the mail on it's way to me. I am already praying for the women whom this tool will touch and heal.
